Centrally located, everything is assessable from Lake Street including the SCA - Saugatuck Center for the Arts with downtown Douglas only a 10 minute walk across the bridge. Bring your camera because the early morning and evening shimmers on the waters of Lake Kalamazoo are breathtaking. Tantalizing restaurants and intriguing shops as well as all the waterfront activities are all waiting without the search for parking. The home was built circa 1880 during the time of the Western Michigan lumber barons and has gone through a myriad of reconstruction and restoration efforts over the many decades.
